Lots Lot 1 — Um- und Neubau Rathaus Grefrath - Medientechnik: Die Gemeinde Grefrath plant die Modernisierung und Neugestaltung des Rathauses - hierzu soll der denkmalwürdige Altbestand modernisiert und durch einen neuen zwei- bzw. dreigeschossigen (Splitlevel), nicht unterkellerten Neubau erweitert werden. Dieser schließt mittels eines kleinen Verbindungsbaus barrierefrei an den bestehenden Altbau an. Der bauseitige Rohbau besteht aus einem Stahlbeton-Kern in überwiegend Ortbetonbauweise sowie aus einschaligem Mauerwerk der Außenwände (Nordfassade und beide Giebelseiten). Die Zimmerarbeiten ergänzen den Rohbau durch ein zweigeschossiges Holz-Tragwerk und einen vorgelagerten Balkon auf der Südseite sowie das Dachtragwerk auf Nord- und Südseite. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Montage, Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme der medientechnischen Ausstattung für die Sanierung und Erweiterung (Neubau) des Rathauses Grefrath. Schwerpunkt ist die Ausstattung des Ratssaals mit zentraler Mediensteuerungs- und Netzwerktechnik, Präsentations- und Videotechnik, Kamera- und Streamingtechnik sowie umfangreicher Audiotechnik. Hierzu gehören u.a. 1 Projektionssystem, PTZ-Kameras, elektronisch steuerbare Schallzeilen, 1 drahtlose Konferenzanlage mit 20 Sprechstellen, Funkmikrofontechnik sowie 1 induktive Höranlage. Darüber hinaus werden 2 Konferenzräume mit fest installierter Präsentations- und Videokonferenztechnik einschl. Kamera-, Beamforming-Mikrofon- und Beschallungstechnik ausgestattet. Ergänzend sind 1 mobiles Videokonferenzsystem, 2 mobile Hörunterstützungssysteme für Beratungsbereiche sowie 1 Digital-Signage-System für das Foyer vorgesehen.
