Die Technische Universität München (kurz TUM genannt) ist die einzige Technische Universität in Bayern. Sie ist mit über 55.000 Studenten eine der größten Technische Hochschulen in Deutschland. Ihr Stammsitz ist München. Die TUM verarbeitet, verwertet und entsorgt ihre Abfälle auf Grundlage des Gesetzes zur Förderung der Kreislaufwirtschaft und Sicherung der umweltverträglichen Bewirtschaftung von Abfällen KrWG, des Bayerischen Abfallgesetz (BayAbfG) und der Gewerbeabfall-Verordnung (GewAbfV). Die ausgeschriebenen Gebinde und Behälter werden vorrangig für die gesetzes-konforme Zwischenlagerung, Transport und Entsorgung von Sonderabfällen an den jeweiligen TUM Standorten eingesetzt. Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen werden von der TUM grundsätzlich für die TUM Standorte nach den Ausschreibungsunterlagen z. 01.01.2027 neu vergeben. Die TUM schreibt die zu erbringenden Lieferleistungen für alle benötigten Behältertypen Kanister/Fässer/Behälter/Boxen f. med. Abfälle.
Lots Lot 1 — Rahmenvertrag für Gebinde - Behälter - Kanister - Fässer für Sonderabfälle und infektiöse Abfälle: Rahmenvertrag für Gebinde - Behälter - Kanister - Fässer für Sonderabfälle und infektiöse Abfälle. Gebinde, Kanister und Fässer, etc. a. Die Bereitstellung und termingerechte Lieferung aller ausgeschriebenen Behältertypen. Die Behälter werden vorrangig zur Zwischenlagerung, Sammlung und Transport von Sonderabfällen zur Entsorgungs- und Verwertungseinrichtung Verwendung finden. b. Die vorrangig benötigten Behältertypen sind in dem Behälterverzeichnis der TUM aufgelistet. c. Der Unternehmer hat dafür Sorge zu tragen, dass er in jedem Fall die ausgewiesenen Gebinde / Kanister / Fässer der TUM zur Verfügung stellen kann, und diese nicht älter als sechs Monate sind. Anlieferstellen bei der TUM: 85748 Garching und 85354 Freising – Weihenstephan Lieferzeiten: maximal nach fünf Werktagen
