Lots Lot 1 — kryogenfreies Hochfeld-Kryostatsystem: Los 1: Das System muss Freistrahl-Mikroskopie im hohen Magnetfeld, die präzise dreidimensionale Positionierung der Probe bei tiefen Temperaturen sowie elektrische Kontaktierung ermöglichen. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören sämtliche für den spezifikationsgemäßen Betrieb erforderlichen Komponenten, Steuerungen, Verkabelungen, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Einweisung. Los 2: Das System soll sowohl periodisch angeregte Experimente mit hoher Wiederholrate als auch langsamere, frei bzw. einzeln getriggerte Vorgänge abdecken. Es muss insbesondere für zeitaufgelöste Photolumineszenz-, Lebensdauer- und transiente spektroskopische Messungen im sichtbaren und nahinfraroten Spektralbereich geeignet sein. Sämtliche für Betrieb, Steuerung, Auslesung, Kalibration und Datenauswertung erforderlichen Komponenten sind Bestandteil der Leistung.
