Erweiterung des Messgesamtsystems für eine Rapid Compression Expansion Maschine zur Untersuchung von Strömungs- und Verbrennungsprozessen mittels Shadowgraphy, PIV, OH*-Chemielumineszenz und Mie-Scattering

Lots Lot 1 — Messgesamtsystem Erweiterung: Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe der Erweiterung eines vollständigen optischen Messgesamtsystems für einen Prüfstand zur Untersuchung von Strömungs- und Verbrennungsprozessen einer Einhubmaschine. Diese Einhubmaschine bildet auf der Skala von Schiffsmotoren den Einspritz- und Verbrennungsvorgang eines zweistoffbetriebenen Motors mit Dieselpilotzündung ab. Die verwendeten Treibstoffe umfassen Ammoniak, Methanol und Diesel. Bei den Untersuchungen liegt der Fokus auf Injektionseffekten und dem Zündungsprozess. Das System muss Messungen mittels ergänzender OH*-Chemielumineszenz ermöglichen, die mit den bestehenden Messverfahren synchronisiert werden können. Ziel der Beschaffung ist ein integriertes, funktionsfähiges, synchronisiertes, adaptives und für den Laborbetrieb geeignetes Messsystem, mit dem das genannte Messverfahren reproduzierbar, sicher und mit hoher Messqualität durchgeführt werden kann. Lieferung aller im Leistungsverzeichnis beschriebenen Hardwarekomponenten, - vollständige Integration der Einzelkomponenten in das funktionsfähige Gesamtsystem, - Installation und Inbetriebnahme am vom Auftraggeber spezifizierten Aufstellort, - Justage und Funktionsprüfung der Ergänzung des Gesamtsystems, - Übergabe der technischen Dokumentation der einzelnen Komponenten (aufgelistet in Abschnitt 5), - Einweisung und Schulung des Bedienpersonals in der Nutzung und Bedienung der Ergänzung des Gesamt- systems, wenn diese nicht bereits anderweitig im Rahmen eines anderen Auftrags mit dem Auftraggeber erfolgt ist.
