Neubau Dependance Adelheidisschule - Gebäudeautomation

Lots Lot 1 — Gebäudeautomation: Im Rahmen der Maßnahme wird ein Schulneubau mit Mensa und 12 Klassenräumen errichtet. Die technische Gebäudeausrüstung für den Neubau wird gemäß den aktuell gültigen Gesetzen und Richtlinien ausgeführt. Die Arbeiten umfassen die Gewerke Heizung, Sanitär und Lüftung gemäß den nachfolgenden Leistungsbeschreibungen. Für den Neubau wird eine Gebäudeautomation mit lokalen Automationsstationen und einer lokalen Bedieneinrichtung errichtet. Die neu errichtete Gebäudeautomation wird auf die vorhandene übergeordnete Gebäudeleittechnik - Ü-GLT EnteliWeb des EM-SGB der Bundesstadt Bonn - aufgeschaltet. Die GA-seitigen Voraussetzungen und Schnittstellenleistungen sind Bestandteil dieses Leistungsverzeichnisses.
