Lots Lot 1 — Parkschule - Umbau zur Grundschule 2. BA Rohbauarbeiten Hauptgebäude: Die Bauherrschaft (Magistrat der Stadt Rüsselsheim am Main, Fachbereich Gebäudewirtschaft) beabsichtigt die Umnutzung der Parkschule von einer einstigen Haupt- und Realschule zu einer inklusiven, ganztätig arbeitenden, 3,5 - zügigen Grundschule. Das Gesamtensemble gliedert sich dabei in der Bestandssituation in mehrere Baukörper: - Das denkmalgeschützte Hauptgebäude, aus dem Jahr 1916 - Der denkmalgeschützte Sporthallentrakt, aus dem Jahr 1916 - Der Zwischenbau, aus dem Jahr 1916 (Abbruch) - Der Mensabau, aus dem Jahr 2007 - Der Erweiterungsbau, aus dem Jahr 1963 (Abbruch) Sowohl das Hauptgebäude und der Sporthallentrakt, als auch der Mensabau bleiben erhalten und werden saniert bzw. baulich an die neuen Nutzungsanforderungen angepasst. In dieser Rohbauausschreibung wird das fünfgeschossige Hauptgebäude saniert. Vor Beginn der Arbeiten werden die Neubauten Cluster und Zwischentrakt bezogen, die Schulcontainer im Schulhof bleiben in Betrieb. Es wird auf den laufenden Schulbetrieb während der Baumaßnahme hingewiesen. Hinweis Umfang LV Rohbauarbeiten Hauptgebäude: Das Leistungsverzeichnis Rohbauarbeiten Hauptgebäude umfasst die Gewerke Demontage- u. Abrucharbeiten, Entwässerungsarbeiten, Stahlbeton- u. Mauerarbeiten, insbesondere die Erstellung des neuen Aufzugsschachtes im Gebäude, Abdichtungsarbeiten und Stahlbauarbeiten in Level 5 für die Einbringung der Lüftungsanlage.
