Die BWI erwägt einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer über die zeitlich begrenzte Überlassung von Lizenzen (Subscription- bzw. Mietmodell) des Herstellers Figma Inc. inkl. Softwarepflege und Support, für den Eigenbetrieb BWI in Höhe von 925.500,00 Euro (netto) bis zu 1.388.250,00 Euro (netto) im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens gem. gem. § 14 Abs. 2 VgV zu vergeben. Der Rahmenvertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal vier Jahren (zwei Jahre Grundlaufzeit, mit zweimaliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils ein (1) Jahr optional) abgeschlossen.

Lots Lot 1 — 1899-TB-SaaS Lizenzen für UI/UX Tool Figma Enterprise: Für die unter diesem Rahmenvertrag zu erbringenden Vertragsleistungen wird ein geschätzter Auftragswert von 925.500,00 Euro (netto) innerhalb der maximalen Gesamtlaufzeit von zwei (2) Jahre Vertragslaufzeit zzgl. zweimaliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils ein (1) Jahr ermittelt. Für den Fall, dass sich die zukünftigen Anforderungen an die strategische Ausrichtung des Auftraggebers und/oder Endkunden ändern, ist der Auftraggeber berechtigt, Abrufe mit einem Volum um 50% bis zum 1,5-fachen des vorgenannten geschätzten Auftragswertes vorzunehmen (nachfolgend auch "Obergrenze" genannt). Somit ergibt sich eine Obergrenze von 1.388.250,00 Euro (netto).
