Die BWI GmbH erwägt, mehrere Rahmenverträg über die Lieferung von Lebensmitteln, unterteilt in 4 LOSEN, in Höhe von bis zu 1.980.000,00 € (netto) und einer Obergrenze von 2.970.000,00 € (netto) innerhalb der maximalen Laufzeit von 4 Jahren, im Wege eines offenen Verfahrens nach § 14 Abs. 2 VgV zu vergeben. Der Kantinenbetrieb der BWI GmbH (im Folgenden: BWI) wird an den Standorten Bonn Auermühle und Meckenheim Steinbüchel in Eigenregie betrieben. Die BWI möchte durch den selbst organisierten Kantinenbetrieb mit eigenem Personal eine hinreichende Qualität der Speisen gewährleisten. m die erwerobene DGE - Zertifizierung, die eine nachhaltige Ernährung begünstigt, weiterzuführen, ist die Beschaffung von ökologisch nachhaltigen Erzeugnissen notwendig. Darunter fallen insbesondere Gemüse aus ökologischem Anbau, Fleisch aus artgerechter Tierhaltung sowie Fisch aus nachhaltigem Fischfang. Der Schwerpunkt liegt im Bereich Gemüse bei dem auf einen möglichst regionalen und saisonalen Anbau geachtet wird. In Zuge dessen werden nun auch sukzessive Getreide- sowie Pseudogerteideprodukte aus ökologischem Anbau eingesetzt und Rezepturen entsprechend angepasst. Der Leistungsgegenstand setzt sich aus vier (4) Losen zusammen: Los 1: Warengruppe "MoPro, TK-Gemüse, TK-Fisch, Backwaren, Impulsware, Eis und Getränke" Los 2: Warengruppe "Fleisch & Wurstwaren, frisch, TK" Los 3: Warengruppe "Schnittware, vorgeputzte Salata, Convenience - Salate" Los 4: Warengruppe "Obst & Gemüse aus ökologischem Anbau"
