Die kreisfreie Stadt Kaufbeuren betreibt zur Entsorgung der kommunalen Abwässer in der Buronstraße 84 in 87600 Kaufbeuren eine Kläranlage. Im Zuge der Abwasserbehandlung fällt hierbei Klärschlamm an.
Lots Lot 1 — Klärschlammentsorgung 2027-2032: Abholung und thermische Behandlung als Monoverbrennung des in der Kläranlage der Stadt Kaufbeuren anfallenden Klärschlammes sowie die Phosphorrückgewinnung, soweit gesetzlich vorgeschrieben. Nach derzeitiger Rechtslage bedeutet dies folgendes: · in den Jahren 2027 – 2028 erfolgt die thermische Behandlung als Monoverbrennung; · ab dem Jahr 2029 erfolgt die thermische Behandlung als Monoverbrennung verbunden mit gesetzlich verpflichtender Phosphorrückgewinnung. Menge und Spezifikation des anfallenden Klärschlamms: Entwässerung: mechanisch, mittels Zentrifuge; Trockensubstanzgehalt: ca. 25 – 35 % TS; Menge zur Entsorgung: ca. 2.500 t pro Jahr.
