Unterhaltsreinigung an Standorten der Abfallwirtschaft des Landkreises Stade

Lots Lot 1 — Unterhaltsreinigung: Die Innenreinigung umfasst die Reinigung und Pflege der Fußböden, Wände, Treppen, Möbel, Geräte, Fensterbänke, Heizkörper, Türen mit Rahmen, sanitäre Anlagen, Wasch- und Duschanlagen, Innenglasflächen, Spiegel und Treppengeländer. Die Innenreinigung ist für folgende Standorte durchzuführen: AWZ Stade-Süd, AWZ Buxtehude, Wertstoffhöfe Wedel, Oldendorf und die Kompostierplätze Harsefeld, Horneburg und Sauensiek. Die Vertragslaufzeit beginnt am 01.01.2027 und endet am 31.12.2028. Die Option zur Verlängerung um zwei weitere Jahre bis zum 31.12.2030 besteht, sofern nicht einer der Vertragsparteien den Vertrag bis zum 31.03.2028 kündigt.
