Neubau eines Büro- und Laborgebäudes – Auf dem Grundstück Hollerithallee 5 soll ein neuer Standort des DLRs entstehen. Wir erstellen einen Neubau mit einem Bürobereich und einen Laborbereich für Lasermessversuche. Das Gelände wird mit einem offenen repräsentativen Eingangsbereich und einen rückwärtigen eingezäunten Bereich mit Parkplätzen und Anlieferungsbereich ausgestattet. Der Baumbestand im Bereich der geplanten Maßnahme muss gefällt werden. Das Gelände ist teilweise als kampfmittelsondierungswürdig eingestuft worden, so dass die Baumfällung ohne Entnahme des Wurzelwerks aus dem Boden erfolgt. Dies erfolgt in durch den Kampfmittelsondierer. Ausführungszeitraum: voraussichtlich November 2026 binnen 4 Wochen
