Neubau Hilgenbergschule (Grundschule) - Lieferung und Montage der Innentüren

Lots Lot 1 — Neubau Hilgenbergschule Innentüren: Vorgesehen ist eine dreizügige Grundschule für ca. 324 Schüler/innen und ca. 40 Mitarbeiter als schulisches Personal. Des Weiteren ist eine Mensa mit einer Aufwärmküche für die mittägliche Versorgung der Schulkinder vorgesehen. Das Gebäude ist zweigeschossig und nicht unterkellert. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich übergeordnete schulische Räume, eine Mensa mit Küche, die Verwaltung und Technikzentrale. Im Obergeschoss werden in 4 "Clustern" jeweils Klassenräume um einen "offenen Lernbereich" gruppiert angeordnet. In das Obergeschoss des Baukörpers sind große Terrassen eingeschnitten, die als Freiklassen genutzt werden können. Die Leistung umfasst im wesentlichen die Lieferung und Montage verschiedener Innentüren mit entsprechend verschiedenen Anforderungen u.a.: - 37 Holztüren mit Holzstockzargen mit Echtholzfurnier ca. 120 qm, z.T. SSK 2 und SSK 3, z.T. T30/RS - 29 Holztüren mit festverglasten Seitenteilen, mit Holzstockzargen, SSK 2, Verglasung bis 43 dB, insgesamt 309 qm - 4 Stück T30/EI30/RS Elemente mit Holzstockzarge und Glas/Rahmentüren, insgesamt 45 qm - 2 Stück 2flg. T30/RS Holztüren mit Holzstockzargen, mit Feststellanlage / Haftmagneten, insgesamt 18,9 qm - 8 Stahlumfassungszargen mit Holztüren, Feuchtraum und Nassraumtüren - 1 Schiebetür als Nassraumtür mit Stahlumfassungszarge
