Details
Neubau eines Büro- und Laborgebäudes – Auf dem Grundstück Hollerithallee 5 soll ein neuer Standort des DLRs entstehen. Es wird ein Neubau mit einem Bürobereich und einen Bereich für Lasermessversuche erstellt. Das Gelände wird mit einem offenen repräsentativen Eingangsbereich und einen rückwärtigen eingezäunten Bereich mit Parkplätzen und Anlieferungsbereich ausgestattet. Aufgrund von Luftbildauswertungen wird eine Kampfmittelsondierung erforderlich, da das Gelände teilweise als sondierungswürdiger Bereich eingestuft wurde. Der Bereich umfasst 4.800 m², es sind ca. 500 Baumwurzeln zu entfernen. Ausführungszeitraum: voraussichtlich November 2026 in Absprache mit den davor stattfindenden Baumfällarbeiten
