Details

Auf einer ca. 7.600 m² großen Fläche nahe dem S-Bahnhof Wuhlheide (Am Bahnhof Wuhlheide 3) sollen zwei bestehende Gebäude vollständig entkernt, beräumt und abgebrochen werden. Sämtliche Gebäudeschadstoffe sind den geltenden Vorschriften entsprechend fachgerecht auszubauen und zu entsorgen. In einem ersten Schritt wird die Beräumung und Entkernung inkl. Rückbau der Schadstoffe und der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung durchgeführt, in einem zweiten Schritt der konstruktive Rückbau. Der Abbruch erfolgt inkl. Fundamente und Tiefenenttrümmerung. Fundamente ehemaliger baulicher Anlagen sind ebenfalls abzubrechen. Sämtliche versiegelte Flächen sind abzubrechen. Die Abbruchmaterialen sind fachgerecht zu trennen und zu entsorgen. Ggf. organoleptisch auffälliges Bodenmaterial ist im Zuge des Abbruchs abzutragen, zu separieren und gesondert zu beproben. Die Baugruben sind mit Material aus dem Gelände bzw.
