Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen im Wesentlichen die Kanal-/ Erd- und Straßenbauarbeiten sowie das Verlegen von Versorgungsleitungen für die Erschließung des Wohngebiets B-Plan Nr. 89.1. Bestandteil der Leistung ist auch die Anlegung einer Linksabbiegespur in der B 501 sowie der Gehweglückenschluss entlang der B 501 zum künftigen Wohngebiet "Kirchkoppel".
