Für Menschen, die es auf dem Wohnungsmarkt besonders schwer haben, schafft F&W Wohnungen. Menschen mit Behinderung oder psychischer Erkrankung wohnen bei F&W und erleben Teilhabe. F&W Fördern & Wohnen AöR ist ein Tochterunternehmen der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg. Mit rund 2.300 Mitarbeiter:innen ist es an über 200 Standorten für Menschen da. In Hamburg, Oldesloer Str. 166, soll ein ehemaliges Hotelgebäude, welches 2023 in Besitz von F&W gegangen ist, umgebaut/saniert werden.
