Lots Lot 1 — Catering Betrieb der Mensa und des Kiosks im Internat Schloss Hansenberg: Die Internatsschule Schloss Hansenberg ("ISH") ist ein Oberstufengymnasium mit naturwissenschaftlich-ökonomischem Schwerpunkt, das besonders leistungswillige und leistungsstarke Schülerinnen und Schüler* in drei Jahren zum Abitur führt. Träger der Schule ist das Land Hessen. Im Internatsbetrieb ist die Mensa Teil des Tagesablaufes und von maßgeblicher Bedeutung für das Wohlbefinden und die Ernährungsbildung der zumeist 14-19-jährigen Schüler, da die Versorgung der Heranwachsenden fast ausschließlich über das Verpflegungsangebot gewährleis-tet wird. Das Verpflegungskonzept beinhaltet die aktive Einbindung von Schülern in die Speisenzubereitung während der Lernlaborszeit. Die Bereitschaft der Mensamitarbeiterinnen und -mitarbeiter* zum Kontakt und Austausch mit den Schülerinnen und Schülern sowie der Berücksichtigung z.B. von Wunschessen oder die Gestaltung von Themenwochen ist dafür unabdingbar. Der Auftragnehmer bezieht die Räumlichkeiten der Mensa der Schule und des Kiosks ab dem Montag, 03.01.2027. Die erste vom Auftragnehmer* bereit zu stellende Mahlzeit ist das Abendessen am Dienstag, 12.01.2027. Vertragsbeginn ist der 03.01.2027. Der Vertrag läuft bis zum, 30.12.2029. Es besteht die Möglichkeit der Vertragsverlängerung um je ein halbes Kalenderjahr auf insgesamt max. 5 Kalenderjahre.
