Die Große Kreisstadt Schramberg möchte für die Abteilung Baurecht und Bauverwaltung die bisher in Papierform aufbewahrten Akten digitalisieren.

Lots Lot 1 — Digitalisierung von Bauakten: Zu digitalisieren sind rund 430 laufende Meter Bauakten, die derzeit in einer Hängeregistratur abgelegt sind sowie rund 190 laufende Meter Statikunterlagen in Stehordnern. Insgesamt sind damit rund 620 laufende Meter Bauakten und Statikunterlagen im Bereich der Bauverwaltung zu digitalisieren. Ebenso soll der Digitalisierungsprozess im besten Fall um die Anliegerakten ausgeweitet werden. Die Anliegerakten umfassen rund 38 laufende Meter und sind in Stehordnern abgelegt Der ausgeschriebene Auftrag wird in Form einer Rahmenvereinbarung vergeben. Die Auftraggeberin verpflichtet sich, innerhalb von 6 Monaten nach Vergabe der ausgeschriebenen Rahmenvereinbarung die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen für mindestens 400 laufende Meter Bauakten abzurufen. Eine darüber hinausgehende Abnahmemenge kann nicht garantiert werden. Sofern ausgeschriebene Leistungen für weitere Mengen abgerufen werden, erfolgt der Abruf jeweils in Tranchen von mind. 60 laufenden Metern. Im Rahmen des Digitalisierungsprozesses sind grundsätzlich die Anforderungen des BSI der TR-03138 RESISCAN, Version 5 vom 21.11.2024 einzuhalten.
