Der Landkreis Stade beabsichtigt auf Grundlage von § 5 Abs. 1 u. 2 S. 1 Nr. 1 NRettDG Dienstleistungsaufträge zur Durchführung von Leistungen des Rettungsdienstes (Notfallrettung, Notfalltransport, qualifizierten Krankentransport, Komponenten des erweiterten Rettungsdienstes) sowie der Vorhaltung der hierzu teilweise benötigten Rettungswachen und Rettungsmittel an einen oder mehrere Leistungserbringer zu vergeben.
Lots Lot 1 — Los 1: Stade: Vorhaltung Regelrettungsdienst o 1 RTW im Umfang von 84 Wochenstunden o 1 NKTW im Umfang von 164 Wochenstunden o 6 KTW im Umfang von insgesamt 333 Wochenstunden sowie folgende Transportkomponenten des erweiterten Rettungsdienstes o 1 Transportkomponente (RTW) gemäß Eckpunktepapier. Die Leistung im Los 1 ist vom Standort des Auftraggebers im Ohle Ring 12, 21684 Stade, zu erbringen. Der Standort ist zum Beauftragungsbeginn durch den Leistungserbringer vom Auftraggeber anzumieten. Bei dieser Rettungswache handelt es sich um einen Neubau, dessen Fertigstellung für April/Mai 2027 vorgesehen ist. Lot 2 — Los 2: Buxtehude: Vorhaltung Regelrettungsdienst o 1 RTW im Umfang von 84 Wochenstunden o 1 NKTW im Umfang von 168 Wochenstunden sowie folgende Transportkomponenten des erweiterten Rettungsdienstes o 1 Transportkomponente (RTW) gemäß Eckpunktepapier Die Leistung des RTW im Los 2 ist von einem von dem Leistungserbringer zu stellendem, geeignetem Standort zu erbringen. Dieser Standort muss sich im Bereich der Anlage 13 der AzA befinden (Ziff. 13.4 AzA). Die Leistung des NKTW im Los 2 muss sich hingegen nur innerhalb des Stadtgebietes Buxtehude befinden. Die gesamte Leistung im Los 2 kann auch nur von einem Standort erbracht werden, der sich dann aber innerhalb des Bereichs der Anlage 13 der AzA befinden muss (siehe Ziffer 5.1.9 dieses Formulars (Standortnachweis Los 2).
