Lots Lot 1 — Softwaredefinierte S-Band-Transceiver: Das Zentrum für Telematik e.V. beabsichtigt die Beschaffung von softwaredefinierten S-Band-Transceivern (Vollduplex) als TT&C-Transceiver eines Kleinsatelliten (ca. 100 kg, CubeSat-kompatible Basisplattform, niedrige Erdumlaufbahn unter 600 km, Missionsdauer 3 Jahre, Start voraussichtlich Ende 2029). Der Lieferumfang umfasst zwei Flugmodelle (FM), fünf Engineering-Modelle (EM), vier S-Band-Antennensysteme (je zwei Antennen, Leistungsteiler/-kombinierer und Verkabelung; zwei in Flugqualität für die FM, zwei für EM) sowie das für den Laborbetrieb erforderliche Zubehör (Kabelsätze, Adapter, Software). Die Integration in die Satellitenplattform und die Bodenstation des Auftraggebers erfolgt durch den Auftraggeber mit Unterstützung des Auftragnehmers (Dokumentation und Supportstunden gemäß Kriterienkatalog).
