Beschaffung und der Betrieb einer zeinheitlichen Druck- und Multifunktionsinfrastruktur für die abrufberechtigten Kunden des Auftraggebers im Sinne einer Pull-Printing/FollowMe-Lösung

Lots Lot 1 — Rahmenvertrag managed print services: Rahmenvereinbarung zu Beschaffung und Betrieb einer einheitlichen Druck- und Multifunktionsinfrastruktur für die abrufberechtigten Kunden des Auftraggebers im Sinne einer Pull-Printing/FollowMe-Lösung. Der Rahmenvertrag wird mit einer Wirtschaftsteilnehmerin geschlossen; sollte kein wertungsfähiges und wirtschaftliches Angebot vorliegen, behält sich die Auftraggeberin die Aufhebung des Verfahrens vor. Das aufgrund von Leistungsmengen aus der Vergangenheit durchschnittlich erwartete Abrufvolumen über die Gesamtlaufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung beläuft sich auf 5.214.955,94 € netto. Aus der Rahmenvereinbarung können über die Gesamtlaufzeit vom Auftraggeber Leistungen bis zu einer Gesamthöchstmenge von 6.672.219,50 € netto abgerufen werden. Ist dieser Betrag erreicht, ist kein weiterer Abruf von Leistungen aus der Rahmenvereinbarung zulässig. Die Möglichkeit einer einvernehmlichen Änderung entsprechend der vergaberechtlichen Vorgaben (insbesondere gemäß § 132 GWB) bleibt unberührt. Ein Anspruch der Rahmenvertragspartner auf Abruf von Leistungen in Höhe des geschätzten Volumens besteht nicht.
