Die Hauptnutzung umfasst Forschung und Entwicklung optischer Gesundheitstechnologien. Für die Ausführung der ausgeschriebenen Leistung sind folgende Mengen/ Nachweise vorgesehen: 540 m Abwasserrohr aus SML DN50-100, 170 m aus PP und 2 Bodenabläufe 2 Hebeanlagen 310 m Regenwasserrohr aus PE DN50-70 750 m Kondensatleitungen aus Edelstahl DN20-40 860 m Trinkwasserrohr aus Edelstahl DN12-50 9 WC-Räume, 2 Duschräume, 1 Putzräume, mehrere Notduschen 32 Feuerlöscher, trockene Steigleitung
