Lots Lot 1 — Neubau Biophotonik-Gebäude - VE 4400/4500 Stark- und Informationstechnische Anlagen: Der Neubau eines Biophotonik-Gebäudes am Standort Leibniz-IPHT, Campus Beutenberg in Jena, dient vorwiegend der Unterbringung von Laborflächen der biologischen Sicherheitsstufen S2/S3**, von Büroflächen sowie eines Konfernzbereiches. Die Hauptnutzung umfasst Forschung und Entwicklung optischer Gesundheitstechnologien. Für die Ausführung der ausgeschriebenen Leistung sind folgende Mengen/ Nachweise vorgesehen: KG440: Anbindung an NSHV (extern),Versorgungsnetz innerhalb des Gebäudes aus Hauptverteilung, Unterverteilung inkl sämtlicher Verkabelung und Installationselementen Errichtung Beleuchtungsanlage inkl. SiBe ca. 30km Kabel und Leitungen von 3x2,5 bis 4x300 mm Errichtung Sonnenschutzsteuerung KG450: passives Datenübertragungsnetz elektronisches Schließsystem Simons Voss (Bestandsvorgabe) Zeiterfassung und Gegensprechanlage Videoüberwachung
