Lots Lot 1 — Hochschule Reutlingen - Rotationsrheometer: 1. Beschaffungsgegenstand Beschafft werden soll ein Rotationsrheometer zur Analyse rheologischer Eigenschaften und zur mechanischen Charakterisierung weicher Materialien. 2. Anwendungsbereich Das System wird insbesondere für Forschungsarbeiten an biologischen Proben, Hydrogelen, weichen Polymeren und Elastomeren eingesetzt. Im Vordergrund stehen Messungen an sehr weichen Materialien im niedrigen Kraft- und Drehmomentbereich. 3. Funktionale Anforderungen Das System muss insbesondere geeignet sein für: - oszillatorische und rotatorische Messungen - Bestimmung viskoelastischer Kennwerte wie G', G"? und tan - Gelierungskinetik - Creep-/Recovery-Messungen - Fließkurven und stationäre Messungen - Messungen im niedrigen Messbereich mit hoher Drehmoment- und Winkelauflösung 4. Technische Grundanforderungen Gefordert wird ein System mit folgenden grundlegenden Eigenschaften: - hohe Drehmomentauflösung - hohe Winkel- und Positionsauflösung - geregelte Temperaturführung - wirksamem Verdunstungsschutz - geeignete Messgeometrien für kleine Probenvolumina - Normalkraftmessung - Steuer- und Auswertesoftware - modulare Erweiterbarkeit, sodass zusätzliche Messgeometrien und weitere Messverfahren, insbesondere tribologische Anwendungen, durch herstellerseitig vorgesehene Erweiterungsmodule oder technisch gleichwertige Lösungen ergänzt werden können, ohne die Basiseinheit ersetzen zu müssen 5. Leistungsumfang Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere: - Lieferung frei Verwendungsstelle - Installation und Inbetriebnahme - Funktionsprüfung - Einweisung und Schulung - vollständige Dokumentation in deutscher und englischer Sprache - betriebsbereite Übergabe mit den im Leistungsverzeichnis geforderten Messsystemen und Zubehörteilen6. Besondere Hinweise - Das System soll für den vorgesehenen Einsatz in einem nicht klimatisierten Labor geeignet sein. - Anforderungen an externe Medien, Druckluft, Kühlung, Stromversorgung, Schwingungsentkopplung oder sonstige besondere Infrastruktur sind vom Bieter gesondert anzugeben.
