Beschafft werden soll ein konfokales Laser-Scanning-Mikroskop zur hochauflösenden mikroskopischen Untersuchung biologischer Proben und biomaterialbasierter Systeme.

Lots Lot 1 — Hochschule Reutlingen - Konfokales Laser-Scanning-Mikroskop (LSM): 1. Beschaffungsgegenstand Beschafft werden soll ein konfokales Laser-Scanning-Mikroskop zur hochauflösenden mikroskopischen Untersuchung biologischer Proben und biomaterialbasierter Systeme. 2. Anwendungsbereich Das System wird für Forschungsarbeiten in den Bereichen Zellbiologie, Biomaterialien, 3D-Zellkulturen und strukturierte Proben eingesetzt. Es soll die hochauflösende Abbildung von Proben, die Erfassung von Fluoreszenzsignalen sowie die Analyse dreidimensionaler Strukturen ermöglichen. 3. Funktionale Anforderungen Das System muss insbesondere geeignet sein für: - konfokale Fluoreszenzmikroskopie - optische Schichtaufnahmen und Z-Stacks - hochauflösende Bildaufnahme biologischer und biomaterialbezogener Proben - Mehrkanalaufnahmen - quantitative Bildauswertung - Dokumentation und Export der Bilddaten 4. Technische Grundanforderungen Gefordert wird ein System mit folgenden grundlegenden Eigenschaften/Bestandteilen: - Inverses Mikroskop - konfokale Scaneinheit - geeignete Laserlinien für oben genannte Fluoreszenzanwendungen - hochauflösende Detektion - Möglichkeit zur Untersuchung biologischer und biomaterialbezogener Proben - Möglichkeit zum live cell imaging - Software und Hardware zur Systemsteuerung, Bildaufnahme und primären Auswertung - Schnittstellen für die Übergabe der Bilddaten an eine externe Auswerte- und Speicherinfrastruktur - vollständiger Eignung für den sicheren Betrieb im Hochschul- und Forschungslabor 5. Leistungsumfang Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere: - Lieferung frei Verwendungsstelle - Aufstellung und Installation - Inbetriebnahme und Funktionsprüfung - Einweisung und Schulung des Betreiberpersonals - vollständige technische Dokumentation - betriebsbereite Übergabe einschließlich der für den vorgesehenen Betrieb erforderlichen Komponenten 6. Besondere Hinweise - Anforderungen an Raum, Aufstellung, Schwingungsarmut, Sicherheit, Laserschutz, Stromversorgung, Klima oder sonstige Infrastruktur sind im Angebot vollständig auszuweisen. - Vom Auftraggeber bauseits bereitzustellende Leistungen sind eindeutig zu benennen.
