Für den Zweck der Medienversorgung der Bibliotheken der Goethe-Institute weltweit wird eine elektronische Bestellplattform benötigt. Über diese webbasierte, passwortgeschützte Plattform sollen alle Vorgänge der Bestellung, Beschaffung und Lieferung von Medien abgewickelt und dargestellt werden. Bei den zu bestellenden Medien handelt es sich um: - Bücher - Tonträger (Musik und Hörbuch) - Brettspiele - Publikationen in fortgesetzter Erscheinungsweise (Fortsetzungswerke) - Abonnements von Zeitschriften und Zeitungen. Es gibt keine garantierte jährliche Mindestabnahmesumme.

Lots Lot 1 — Rahmenvertrag über die Medienversorgung der Bibliotheken der Goethe-Institute im Ausland: Durch den Auftragnehmer zu erbringende Leistungen sind Folgende: 1. Bereitstellung einer Bestellplattform (Online-Recherchedatenbank) als Bestellgrundlage für die genannten Medien bereit 2. Existenz einer Bedienungsfunktion der Bestellplattform 3. Bereitstellung elektronischer Benutzerkonten (ein Konto je Adressat), die einen individuellen Zugriff auf sämtliche Daten und Bestellvorgänge ermöglichen 4. Abwicklung und Darstellung der Abonnement- und Fortsetzungsverwaltung 5. Rechnungsstellung auf elektronischem Wege und auf Wunsch auch die Bereitstellung von schriftlichen Originalrechnungen 6. Lieferung und Versand laut den aktuell gültigen Versandvorschriften des Goethe-Instituts (Anlage E) 7. Service und Sonstiges 8. Auftragnehmer muss im Falle der Auftragserteilung eine fristgerechte Verfügbarkeit aller Leistungen zum 1. Januar 2027 sicherstellen Eine detaillierte Beschreibung der geforderten Leistung ist der Anlage A "Leistungsbeschreibung" (Anlage 1 zum Vertrag) zu entnehmen.
