Details

An der Hans-Sommer-Straße wird der Neubau für Institute der Physik mit einer Nutzfläche (NUF 1-6) von ca. 4800 m² errichtet. In dem viergeschossigem Gebäude ist die Hälfte der Fläche für Labore, Mess- und Wägeräume vorgesehen, die sich im nördlichen Gebäudeteil befinden. Weitere Nutzflächen sind Büroflächen sowie Seminarräume und Hörsäle. Ein Foyer, das die Geschossebenen über einen Luftraum miteinander verbindet, dienst als Haupterschließung. Im Erdgeschoss erweitern studentische Arbeitsplätze das Foyer und ermöglichen einen Zugang zum begrünten Innenhof. Die Technikzentrale erstreckt sich als fünftes Geschoss über die Hälfe der Gebäudefläche.
