Der Leistungsumfang des AN in dem Bauabschnitt beinhaltet u.a. Lieferung und Einbringung von: - Vorabmaßnahmen (TGA/Kalkspachtel Wände/Böden/Holzlasuren/Bauteilfugen) - Vorbereitende Maßnahmen (Schutzmaßnahmen/Muster) - Untergrundvorbereitungen - Malerarbeiten (Wand/Decke) Leistungszeitraum Gem. vorläufigem Bauablaufterminplan sind folgende Leistungszeiträume für die Malerarbeiten avisiert: BA Nord: - AN Malerarbeiten: avisiert KW 48/2026 - 35/2028 - Vorabmaßnahmen: KW 48/2026 - KW 50/2026, - Schlussbeschichtungen: KW 51/2026 - KW 35/2028, Lage der Baustelle Das Baufeld wird westlich durch die Apfelstraße und im Norden durch die Straße "An der Reegt" begrenzt. Dem Bieter wird empfohlen, das Baugebiet/Baugrundstück vor Angebotsabgabe in eigener Verantwortung zu besichtigen um sich eine Kalkulationsgrundlage zu schaffen.
