Vergabeverfahren zur Lieferung einer Gasphasenabscheidungsanlage
Lots Lot 1 — Vergabeverfahren zur Lieferung einer Gasphasenabscheidungsanlage: Ausgeschrieben wird die Lieferung und betriebsfertige Übergabe inkl. Funktionstest, Einweisung und Abnahme eines Systems für plasma-verstärkte chemische Gasphasenabscheidung (PECVD) mit einer induktiv gekoppelten Plasmaquelle (ICP) zur Herstellung qualitativ hochwertiger Materialfilme mit präzise definierten Schichtdicken im Nanometer-Mikrometerbereich. Das geplante ICP-PECVD System soll die gezielte Abscheidung von dielektrische Dünnfilmen mit steuerbaren optischen Eigenschaften und präzise kontrollierbaren Schichtdicken durch in-situ Monitoring ermöglichen. Hochwertige dielektrische Schichten für optische Passivierungen, optische Wellenleiter und Mehrlagensysteme sowie als Hartmasken für hochauflösende Lithographieverfahren sollen abgeschieden werden. Im Rahmen unserer Forschungsarbeiten sollen Siliziumdioxid, Siliziumnitrid, amorphes Silizium und diamantähnliche Kohlenstoffschichten mit einer neuen Anlage optimiert abgeschieden werden können. Aufgrund der Vorgaben des Bewilligungsverfahrens für Großgeräte sind die maximal zur Verfügung stehenden Finanzmittel begrenzt und enden bei 806.000,- EUR (einschließlich Mehrwertsteuer oder vergleichbar, Zölle und etwaigen Skonti). Angebote, die diesen Grenzwert überschreiten, können nicht berücksichtigt werden. Kalkulatorisch anzugebende Mehrwertsteuer und Zölle sind Bestandteil des Grenzwerts. Die angebotene Leistung umfasst folgende Positionen: - Angebot und Lieferung eines Neugerätes bzw. Neuware - Fristgerechte Lieferung und vollständige Aufstellung an der Verwendungsstelle. - Entsorgung von Verpackungen und überzähligen Bestandteilen. - Funktionstest bzw. Demonstration sowie Einweisung und Inbetriebnahme. - Abnahme des Gerätes beim Kunden vor Ort - Schulung vor Ort (3 Tage á 8 Stunden) für 2 Mitarbeiter der Universität Heidelberg.
