Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme sowie Einweisung in die Bedienung eines fabrikneuen, vollautomatischen Drahtbonders für den Einsatz in Forschung und Entwicklung.

Lots Lot 1 — Lieferung eines vollautomatischen Drahtbonders: Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme sowie Einweisung in die Bedienung eines fabrikneuen, vollautomatischen Drahtbonders für den Einsatz in Forschung und Entwicklung. Das anzubietende System muss für die Durchführung von Wedge-Wedge- und Ball-Wedge-Bondprozessen ausgelegt sein und eine hochpräzise sowie reproduzierbare Verarbeitung von Aluminium- und Golddrähten mit Drahtdurchmessern von 12,5 bis 32 µm sowie von Goldbändchen mit Breiten von 35 bis 50 µm ermöglichen. Das System muss über eine vollautomatische Bilderkennung, eine Echtzeit-Prozessüberwachung sowie eine programmierbare Loop-Geometrie verfügen. Es muss für den kontinuierlichen Betrieb in einer Forschungsumgebung mit hohen Anforderungen an Präzision, Prozessstabilität, Dokumentation und Reproduzierbarkeit geeignet sein. Das anzubietende System muss für einen sicheren Betrieb in Labor- und Entwicklungsumgebungen ausgelegt sein.
