Die vorliegende Leistungsbeschreibung zur VE 404 (Dämmtechnik) beinhaltet Leistungen zur Baumaßnahme Neubau Hauptamtliche Feuer- und Rettungswache in Lüdenscheid. Hierbei werden im Wesentlichen folgende Teilleistungen beschrieben: Dämmarbeiten an technischen Anlagen der TGA Ausführung der erforderlichen Dämmarbeiten an den technischen Anlagen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) für den Neubau einer Feuerwache. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die fachgerechte Wärme-, Kälte-, Schall- und Brandschutzdämmung von Rohrleitungen, Kanälen, Armaturen, Anlagenteilen und sonstigen technischen Komponenten gemäß Planung, den einschlägigen technischen Regelwerken und den bauphysikalischen sowie brandschutztechnischen Anforderungen. Die Ausführung hat unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen an den Betrieb einer Feuerwache sowie der geforderten Qualität, Funktionalität und Dauerhaftigkeit zu erfolgen.
