Beschaffung einer SaaS-Lösung zum webbasierten Vergleich gesetzlicher Krankenkassen für interne und externe Nutzende der DAK-Gesundheit. Umfang: Implementierung, Betrieb, Wartung, Datenpflege, Support.

Lots Lot 1 — Bereitstellung und webbasierte Nutzung eines Vergleichtools für gesetzliche Krankenkassen: Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die zeitlich befristete Überlassung einer Standardsoftware (Miete) zur Nutzung durch die Auftraggeberin sowie durch dritte Kooperationspartner:innen der Auftraggeberin, die Implementierung, der Betrieb einschließlich Wartung und Pflege inkl. der Bereitstellung und Installation neuer Programmstände im Rahmen eines sog. Software as a Service - Modell (SaaS). Die Administrationsaufwände sowie die fortlaufende Aktualisierung des Contents der Anwendung werden ebenfalls vom Auftragnehmenden übernommen. Das System soll interne Beratungs-, Vertriebs- und Rückgewinnungsprozesse unterstützen. Gleichzeitig muss es allen rechtlichen, vergaberechtlichen, datenschutzrechtlichen und IT-sicherheitsrelevanten Anforderungen einer öffentlichen Körperschaft entsprechen.
