Lots Lot 1 — Kreis Herford, "Betreuung Arbeitssicherheit": Ausgangslage: Der Kreis Herford (Auftraggeber), ein Dienstleister der öffentlichen Verwaltung, benötigt ab dem 01.01.2027 sicherheitstechnische Betreuung. Der Kreis Herford hat z.Zt. über 50 Außenstellen im gesamten Kreisgebiet und in unterschiedlichen Bereichen (u.a. Verwaltung, Abfallentsorgung, Bauhöfe, Sozialdienste); das Hauptverwaltungsgebäude befindet sich in Herford. Der Auftraggeber hat derzeit ca. 1600 Beschäftigte (Beamte, Tarifbeschäftigte u.a.). Der Auftragnehmer/die Auftragnehmerin übernimmt die sicherheitstechnische Betreuung der Beschäftigten nach Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz (ASiG) und im Rahmen der Bestimmungen der DGUV Vorschrift 2. Leistungsumfang: Nach Ermittlung der Betreuungszeiten nach DGUV Vorschrift 2 ist ein Zeitaufwand von 1238 Stunden/Jahr zu vergeben. Vorgesehen sind 851 Stunden für die Grundbetreuung, 237 Stunden für die betriebsspezifische Betreuung und 150 Stunden für die Tätigkeit als Brandschutzbeauftragte/r. Die Betreuungszeiten werden jährlich ermittelt und eine eventuell eintretende Veränderung der beauftragten Zeit wird entsprechend bei Bedarf angepasst. Die zeitliche Einteilung der Betreuungszeiten wird mit dem Auftraggeber abgesprochen; Flexibilität ist gewünscht. Die Leistung wird für 2 Jahre (01.01.2027-31.12.2028) mit der viermaligen Option der Verlängerung um ein weiteres Jahr beauftragt.
