Lots Lot 1 — Kreis Herford, Betriebsärztin/Betriebsarzt zur Erfüllung der arbeitsmedizinischen Dienste: Der Kreis Herford (Auftraggeber), ein Dienstleister der öffentlichen Verwaltung, benötigt ab dem 01.01.2027 betriebsärztliche Betreuung. Der Kreis Herford hat z. Zt. 66 Außenstellen im gesamten Kreisgebiet und in unterschiedlichen Bereichen (u.a. Verwaltung, Abfallentsorgung, Bauhöfe, Sozialdienste); das Hauptverwaltungsgebäude befindet sich in Herford. Der Auftraggeber hat derzeit ca. 1600 Beschäftigte (Beamte, Tarifbeschäftigte u.a.). Der Auftraggeber beauftragt den Auftragnehmer mit der Wahrnehmung sämtlicher betriebsärztlichen Aufgaben entsprechend des Arbeitssicherheitsgesetzes (ASiG), hier insbesondere § 3, und im Rahmen der Bestimmungen der DGUV Vorschrift 2. Der Auftraggeber kann keine Räumlichkeiten zur Verfügung stellen. Zur Erfüllung folgender Aufgaben wird die betriebsärztliche Betreuung für den Zeitraum 01.01.2027-31.12.2028 mit der Option der viermaligen Verlängerung um ein Jahr (bis 31.12.2032) ausgeschrieben: - Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Beurteilung und Dokumentation der Arbeitsbedingungen - Durchführung der arbeitsmedizinischen Vorsorge gem. ArbMedVV inkl. Ausstellung der Vorsorgebescheinigungen - Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Ermittlung der erforderlichen arbeitsmedizinischen Vorsorge - Teilnahme an Sitzungen des Arbeitsschutzausschusses - Teilnahme an den Sitzungen des Arbeitskreises Gesundheit - Begehung von Arbeitsplätzen - Einstellungsuntersuchungen im Bereich der Tarifbeschäftigten - Eignungsuntersuchungen nach Rettungsgesetz NRW - Durchführung der "Gefährdungsbeurteilungen psychische Belastungen"
