Lots Lot 1 — 2026-0315, Estricharbeiten, Sanierung Festhalle Opladen, Opladener Platz 5a, 51379 Leverkusen: Die Festhalle Opladen, zugehörig zum Landrat-Lucas-Gymnasium wird einer umfassenden Sanierung unterzogen. Die Sanierung umfasst die gesamte Gebäudehülle sowie die komplette Bühnentechnik inkl. der gebäudetechnischen Einrichtung. Das LV Estricharbeiten umfasst folgende Leistungen: - Ca. 410 m2 Abdichtung gegen aufsteigende Feuchtigkeit - Ca. 420 m2 Zementestrich auf Trennlage 60-90 mm, CT-C35-F5 - Ca. 50 m2 Rückbau und Entsorgung alter Bodenaufbau Außerdem zugehörige Zusatzleistungen wie Aussparungen, Abstellen von Estrichflächen VA-Winkelschienen als Abschluss, etc. Diese Maßnahme wird mit finanzieller Unterstützung durch die Europäische Union und das Land Nordrhein-Westfalen umgesetzt.
