Lots Lot 1 — 2026-0331, Trockenbauarbeiten-Wände, Sanierung Festhalle Opladen, Opladener Platz 5a, 51379 Leverkusen: Die Festhalle Opladen, zugehörig zum Landrat-Lucas-Gymnasium wird einer umfassenden Sanierung unterzogen. Die Sanierung umfasst die gesamte Gebäudehülle sowie die komplette Bühnentechnik inkl. der gebäudetechnischen Einrichtung. Das LV Trockenbauarbeiten Wände umfasst folgende Leistungen: - Ca. 125 m2 freistehende Vorsatzschalen mit Zementbauplatten - Ca. 25 m2 freistehende Vorsatzschalen mit Gipsbauplatten - Ca. 35 m2 Metallständerwand beidseitig doppelt beplankt mit Gipsbauplatten - Ca. 65 m2 Metallständerwand als F90 Schachtwand in zweiseitiger Ausführung - Ca. 20 m2 Metallständerwand als Schachtwand dreilagig verstärkt mit Stahlblech Außerdem zugehörige Zusatzleistungen wie gleitende Anschlüsse, Verstärkungen für Vorwandmontageelemente, Verstärkungen für Türen und Klappen, Revi Klappen, Installationslöcher, etc..
