Lots Lot 1 — Vorgehängte Fassadenplatten BT C+F - Umbau und Erweiterung der Bertolt-Brecht-Gesamtschule in Seelze: Das Bauvorhaben Bertolt-Brecht-Gesamtschule befindet sich auf dem Grundstück Humboldtstraße 14 in 30926 Seelze. Das Grundstück ist eben und weist geringes Gefälle auf. Die Zufahrt für die Leistungen am Schulneubau erfolgt von Norden aus der Grand-Couronne-Alleeüber den Zuweg zur Kristall-Therme. Für die Leistungen an der Sporthallenneubau und auf dem bestehenden Schulgelände erfolgt die Zufahrt über die Humboldtstraße und über die Straße Am Wehrberg. Eine Besichtigung der örtlichen Gegebenheiten wird empfohlen. Auf dem Baugrundstück ist eine Bodenbeprobung mit dem Ergebnis der Schadstofffreiheit durchgeführt worden.
