Lots Lot 1 — WC-Trennwände 2. BA - Umbau und Erweiterung der Bertolt-Brecht-Gesamtschule in Seelze: Die Stadt Seelze erweitert und baut die Bertolt-Brecht-Gesamtschule in Seelze um. Es gibt einen Erweiterungsbau als Neubau, bestehend aus einem 4-geschossigen Baukörper (Bauteil A). In den Gebäudetrakten B, C, D, E werden Umbaumaßnahmen vorgenommen, ebenso im Bauteil H, einem ehemaligen Kioskgebäude. Die bestehende Sporthalle, Bauteil F, erhält einen Anbau, eine neue 1-Feld-Sporthalle. Der 1. Bauabschnitt umfasst den Neubau von Bauteil A sowie die Umbaumaßnahmen von Bauteil B und H. Im 2.
