Lots Lot 1 — Sportboden, Prallwand, Fixeinbauten BT F - Umbau und Erweiterung der Bertolt-Brecht-Gesamtschule in Seelze: Die Stadt Seelze erweitert und baut die Bertolt-Brecht-Gesamtschule in Seelze um. Es gibt einen Erweiterungsbau als Neubau, bestehend aus einem 4-geschossigen Baukörper (Bauteil A). In den Gebäudetrakten B, C, D, E werden Umbaumaßnahmen vorgenommen, ebenso im Bauteil H, einem ehemaligen Kioskgebäude. Die bestehende Sporthalle, Bauteil F, erhält einen Anbau, eine neue 1- Feld-Sporthalle. Der 1. Bauabschnitt umfasst den Neubau von Bauteil A sowie die Umbaumaßnahmen von Bauteil B und H. Im 2. Bauabschnitt sind die Umbaumaßnahmen im Bauteil C sowie der Sporthallen Neubau (Bauteil F) geplant. Leistungsumfang dieses Leistungsverzeichnisses: Sportboden, Prallwand, Fixeinbauten BT F.
