Im Stadtbad Uellendahl, Röttgen 149, soll im Bereich der Technik und des Hochbaus (Beckenabdichtung) saniert werden. Hierzu müssen die komplette Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Lüftungstechnik saniert werden. Für das Gewerk Badewassertechnik soll, bis auf die Anlage für das Lehrschwimmbecken, ebenfalls alles erneuert werden. Die LPH 1-4 sind bereits vergeben, sodass es sich in diese Ausschreibung lediglich für die noch fehlenden LPHs 5-8 handelt, die nach dem durchgeführten Vergabeverfahren dann auch beauftragt werden sollen.
