Lots Lot 1 — Restarbeiten Freianlagen südliche Landschaft: Das ISEK Hillerheide, welches 2015 im Auftrag der Stadt Recklinghausen erarbeitet und vom Rat beschlossen wurde, definiert die folgenden fünf Leitprojekte zur Entwicklung des Stadtteils Hillerheide: 1. "Zukunftskonzept ehemalige Trabrennbahn" 2. "Städtebauliche Integration Blitzkuhlenstraße" 3. "Attraktive Mitte Gertrudisplatz" 4. "Stadtteilleben - vorhandenes ergänzen und vernetzen" 5. "Energetische Quartierssanierung" Ziel der Umsetzung des ISEK Hillerheide ist es, ein nachhaltiges und zukunftsfähiges Wohnquartier auf dem ehemaligen Trabrennbahnareal zu schaffen und bestmöglich in den gewachsenen Stadtteil Hillerheide unter Berücksichtigung der dortigen Bebauung bzw. Infrastruktur, der Anwohnerschaft und ihrer Nutzungsansprüche zu integrieren. Im Rahmen des Leitprojekts 1 "Zukunftskonzept ehemalige Trabrennbahn" sollen auf dem Gelände der ehemaligen Trabrennbahn die zentrale Grünanlage des Quartiers mit Spiel- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten entstehen. Bei den ausgeschriebenen Leistungen handelt es sich um die ausstehenden Restleistungen sowie Leistungen in Folge einer ausbleibenden Mängelbeseitigung. Die Restleistungen umfassen: - Sanierung von rd. 4 00 m ² Asphaltdeckschicht, in Steilstrecken > 5 % Gefälle - Rückbau und Wiederherstellung von rd . 1.200 m² Schotterrasenflächen sowie anschl. Einsaat - Rückbau und Wiederherstellung von rd . 1.250 m² Bankette als Schotterrasen sowie anschl. Einsaat - Neu- und Ersatzpflanzungen verschiedener Bäume - Fertigstellungspflege, 1 Jahr - Entwicklungspflege, 2 Jahre
