Lots Lot 1 — 26D711040 - Sanierung Bestand Internat - Landesgymnasium für Sport Leipzig: Am Standort des Landesgymnasiums für Sport in Leipzig, Marschnerstraße 30 soll das bestehende Internat, saniert und in der schulangrenzenden Gebäudehälfte 40 Plätze für die Ü18 Schüler eingerichtet werden. Die Maßnahme beinhaltet die Sanierung des Bestandes komplett für Dach und Fassade sowie Teilsanierung im Innenbereich. Der Neubau erfolgt vorgezogen in einer separaten Maßnahme. Gegenstand der geplanten Beauftragung dieses VgV-Verfahrens ist die Planung Technische Ausrüstung (AG 1, 2, 3, 8) für die Sanierung des Bestandsinternats. Genaue Aufgliederung und Zusätzliche Leistungen sind den spezifischen Leistungspflichten im Anhang zu entnehmen. Die hier unterzubringenden Bewohner sind die 40 derzeit separat untergebrachten Schüler (über 18 Jahre). Diese sollen in Einzelzimmern untergebracht werden mit einem Gemeinschaftsbereich. Zusätzlich soll hier der Sportmedizinische Bereich (Schularzt und Physiotherapie) untergebracht werden, welcher auch von der Schule mit genutzt wird. Diese Räume decken etwa die Hälfte des Bestandsinternats ab. Für die andere Hälfte steht derzeit noch keine Nutzung fest. Dies ist als Leerstand zu planen. Die Technische Ausrüstung der vorgenannten Anlagengruppen hat für diesen Leerstand ggf. die notwendigen Kapazitäten vorzusehen.
