Die Polizei Hamburg bzw. die Behörde für Inneres und Sport plant derzeit, den Standort der Akademie der Polizei in Hamburg – Alsterdorf zu erneuern. Insbesondere geht es hier um den Rückbau bzw. Abbruch des bisherigen Bestands-Hörsaalgebäudes HSG I und des Schulbaus der 1950er Jahre HSG II. Beide Gebäude entsprechen den Anforderungen der Nutzer an einen modernen, flexiblen und barrierefreien Aus- und Weiterbildungsort nicht mehr. Die Bestandsgebäude werden daher nach ihrem Rückbau durch zwei Neubauten ersetzt, die eine moderne, praxisorientierte Lehre unter dem Einsatz digitaler Lehr- und Lernformate und Präsenzveranstaltungen ermöglichen soll. _____________________________________________________________________________________ Das Leistungsverzeichnis der Abbruchmaßnahmen umfasst u.a.: - Entkernung und Beräumung beider Gebäude (HSG I + II) - Schadstoffsanierung beider Gebäude (HSG I + II) - Abbruch beider Gebäude und Entsorgung der Bausubstanz (HSG I + II) - Rückbau der Oberflächenbefestigung _____________________________________________________________________________________ Wesentliche Arbeiten: - Rückbau der Gebäude HSG I und II mit insg.
