Lots Lot 1 — 11-25203-2350-A Objektplanung Gebäude HeriSol - PR631782 - 2350 - B: "Im öffentlich geförderten Forschungsvorhaben HeriSol sollen denkmalgeschützte Gebäude von reinen Energiekonsumenten in Energieprosumenten transformiert werden. Hierzu werden unter anderem technische Lösungen aus bauwerkintegrierter Photovoltaik (BIPV), teilweise in Kombination mit biogenen Materialen, entwickelt. Diese innovativen Lösungen sollen an den Dächern bzw. Fassaden von drei denkmalgeschützten Bestandsbauten in drei Ländern demonstriert werden (Österreich, Lettland, Irland). Diese Ausschreibung umfasst die nachfolgend für jedes Demonstrationsgebäude beschriebenen Leistungen der Planungs- und Ausführungsunterstützung. Der Fokus der Leistungsanforderung liegt auf einer denkmalgerechten Ausgestaltung und Umsetzung der neuentwickelten Lösungen. Da es sich um Leistungen im Rahmen eines Forschungsvorhabens handelt, umfassen die ausgeschriebenen Positionen auch FuE-Anteile und nicht nur klassische Planungs- bzw. Bauleistungen.
