Beschreibung der Leistung: Das Haus der Photographie (Halle Süd) in den Deichtorhallen Hamburg wird umfassend saniert und umgebaut. In Zuge dieser Maßnahme sollen die Grundleitungen im Außenberiech um die Deichtorhallen umfassend saniert werden. Wesentliche Arbeiten: Im Rahmen der Baumaßnahme soll der Umbau der unter Denkmalschutz stehenden Deichtorhalle Süd sowie des angrenzenden ehemaligen Marktkellers, durchgeführt werden. Das Gebäude erstreckt sich über 2 Geschosse (EG und 1.OG) zuzüglich des Kellergeschosses, welches an der Westseite durch Teile des alten Markkellers (letzte Teilnutzung Tiefgarage) erweitert werden soll. Hinzu kommt, dass die Grundleitungen im Außenbereich während einer Kamerabefahrung Schäden aufgewiesen haben, die es zu beheben gilt. Die Schäden sind überwiegend durch Inliner-Sanierung zu beheben. Lediglich die gravierenden Schäden sind mittels offener Bauweise zu ersetzen. __________________________________________________________________________________________ Ausführungsbeginn: unverzüglich nach Auftragserteilung Ausführungsende: 25.11.2027
