Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist der Sicherheitsbetrieb der GovTech-Plattform über fünf Fähigkeitsgruppen: Security Monitoring und Response mit einem von der Auftragnehmerin betriebenen SIEM/XDR und einem durchgehend besetzten Security Operations Center; Cloud-, Kubernetes- und Workload-Posture (CNAPP); Absicherung der Software-Lieferkette einschließlich Admission Control; Automatisierung und Orchestrierung der Reaktion (SOAR); sowie Governance, Reporting und kontinuierliche Verbesserung. Die Plattform verarbeitet in Teilen besonders schützenswerte Daten; die Datenverarbeitung erfolgt ausschließlich im Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum.

Lots Lot 1 — SOC: Die Leistung umfasst gemäß der Leistungsbeschreibung fünf Fähigkeitsgruppen: (CG-1) Security Monitoring und Response, (CG-2) CNAPP, (CG-3) Secure Software Supply Chain, (CG-4) SOAR sowie (CG-5) Governance und Verbesserung. Der Sicherheitsbetrieb ist für mehrere Plattforminstanzen zu erbringen, darunter die MEDI:CUS-Plattform, die Deutschland-Plattform, Shared Dev sowie weitere sektorspezifische Instanzen. Die Auftragnehmerin übernimmt den im Pilotbetrieb aufgebauten Bestand für die MEDI:CUS-Instanz und erbringt die Leistungen auf Grundlage verbindlicher Service Level, u. a. Verfügbarkeit der Überwachungslösung (mind. 99,5 %), Reaktionszeiten nach Alarmpriorität und 24/7-Betriebszeit. Alle weiteren Infos können Sie der Leistungsbeschreibung entnehmen.
