Das Uniklinikum Heidelberg baut in Zusammenarbeit mit dem DKFZ ein Kinder Tumor Zentrum auf dem Campus des Uniklinikums und möchte dabei 11 verschiedene Räume (5 Raumtypen) mit Medientechnik ausstatten. Dies umfasst Büros für das Direktorium, Besprechungsräume, Spezialräume für Tumorboards sowie einen großen zweiteilbaren Konferenzraum. Die medientechnische Ausstattung umfasst je nach Raum(typ) kleinere Ein-Display-Systeme oder größere AVoIP-Systeme mit speziellen Anforderungen für Tumorboards. Der Auftrag umfasst Werk- und Montageplanung, Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme der medientechnischen Anlagen inkl. der Medienmöbel und der Integration beigestellter Geräte, sowie die Einweisung und Schulung über die Systeme und deren Komponenten.
