Beschaffung eines GMP-konformen Parallel-Peptidsynthesizers zur kontaminationsfreien Herstellung von Peptidwirkstoffen einschließlich EU-GMP Annex 11-konformer Steuerungssoftware.

Lots Lot 1 — Beschaffung eines Peptidsynthesizers: Beschafft werden soll ein GMP-konformer Parallel-Peptidsynthesizer für die Herstellung peptidbasierter Tumorvakzine im Rahmen des Aufbaus einer GMP-konformen Produktionsumgebung am Centrum für Innovative Therapien (CIT). Das System muss eine kontaminationsfreie Produktion durch den Einsatz geschlossener Reaktor- und Reagenziensysteme gewährleisten und die parallele Durchführung mehrerer Synthesen ermöglichen. Die Steuerungssoftware muss den Anforderungen des EU-GMP-Leitfadens, insbesondere Annex 11 für computergestützte Systeme, entsprechen. Weiterhin werden hohe Anforderungen an Kontaminationssicherheit, regulatorische Konformität, Wartungs- und Qualifizierungsunterstützung sowie betriebliche Flexibilität und Skalierbarkeit gestellt. Die Beschaffung umfasst Lieferung, Inbetriebnahme, Qualifizierungsunterstützung und Einweisung des Personals.
