Neubau Delme Klinikum Delmenhorst – Kommunikationssystem Klinikneubau mit Integration der Bestandslösung Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise (VE 019) Die Delme Klinikum Delmenhorst GmbH errichtet an der Wildeshauser Straße 92 in 27753 Delmenhorst einen Krankenhausneubau. Gebäude bzw. Gebäudeteile des Bestandes werden mittel- und langfristig weiter genutzt; die vorhandene Kommunikationsanlage Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise mit integrierter DECT-Lösung ist daher mit allen Leistungsmerkmalen und Komponenten vollständig in das Gesamtsystem zu integrieren. Die Ausschreibung erfolgt deshalb herstellerbezogen auf Basis des Fabrikats Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst im Wesentlichen: Modernisierung der Communication Server, Integration der Mediagateways und der Alcatel-DECT-Lösung des Bestandes, Errichtung einer SIP-DECT-Lösung im Klinikneubau im Mischbetrieb mit TDM-DECT, Lizenzmigration von TDM-Telefonen auf IP-Telefonie, integrierte ACD-Lösung für 10 Nutzer, redundante Alarmierungsserver sowie Fortführung von Service und Softwaresupport für die vorhandene Alcatel-Kommunikationslösung ab 01.01.2027 und Service für die Gesamtlösung (Wartungsvertrag 60 Monate ab Abnahme). Vertragsgrundlage ist ein EVB-IT Systemvertrag.
