Lots Lot 1 — 453 - LVR-Frida-Kahlo-Schule Sankt Augustin - Neubau, Fachplanung Rückbau: Der Landschaftsverband Rheinland beabsichtigt die Planungsleistungen Rückbau und Schadstoffsanierung für die bestehende Frida-Kahlo-Schule am Standort Sankt Augustin zu vergeben. Unter Zukauf des westlich anschließenden Grundstücks soll in voraussichtlich zwei Bauabschnitten ein Ersatzbau für die 2,5-zügige Frida-Kahlo-Schule mit dem Förderschwerpunkt Körpermotorische Entwicklung (KME) für ca. 300 Schüler*innen errichtet werden. Das bestehende Schulgebäude aus dem Jahr 1973 am Standort Arnold-Janssen-Str. 25a wurde aufgrund der kontinuierlich steigenden Schülerzahlen mehrfach baulich erweitert (1974-76, 1988 und 2010) . Im Rahmen der Maßnahme soll der Rückbau abschnittsweise in Abstimmung mit der Planung des Neubaus in voraussichtlich zwei Abschnitten erfolgen. Dazu muss vor den Abbrucharbeiten in Teilbereichen eine Schadstoffsanierung erfolgen. Die Umsetzung des gesamten Projekts muss im laufenden Betrieb erfolgen. Grundlagen für den Rückbau und die Schadstoffsanierung sind ein Bericht und die Erfassung und Bewertung von Gefahrstoffen (PCB, PCP, PAK) in den Gebäuden aus dem Jahr 2003, ein Bericht über PCB/ PCP Kontrollmessungen aus 2004, eine Neubewertung der Dringlichkeitsstufen von Asbestprodukten aus dem Jahr 2008, sowie ein Schadstoffgutachten aus dem Jahr 2022.
